Office hours and location
You will find our amber-gold office on Kenyatta Avenue in the heart of Nakuru's business district, a short walk from the main municipal market. We are open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30 and on Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00. Sunday visits are not available. For clients travelling from outside Nakuru County — including diaspora buyers — we are fully set up for video consultations via WhatsApp or Google Meet; please mention your preferred platform when you write to us and we will schedule accordingly. If you are reaching out about a specific property from our listings page, please include the property name or reference so your advisor can pull the full file before the call.

Questions clients often ask before getting in touch
Is there a fee for the initial consultation?
No. The first advisory call or office visit is entirely free of charge. We use that session to understand your requirements and explain how Lumenjmint can help — before any commitment is made on either side.
How quickly can I expect to hear back after sending an enquiry?
We aim to respond to all email and contact-form enquiries within one business day. If you send a message over the weekend, you will receive a response by Monday afternoon at the latest.
Can Lumenjmint assist diaspora buyers who are not currently in Kenya?
Yes. A significant portion of our clients are based outside Kenya and conduct initial searches remotely. We conduct video walkthroughs, provide written survey reports, and liaise directly with solicitors and the land registry on your behalf.
Does Lumenjmint handle the legal transfer process?
We coordinate the process and liaise with all parties, but the legal transfer itself requires a licensed conveyancing advocate. We maintain a shortlist of trusted advocates in Nakuru whom we can refer you to; their fees are separate from our agency commission.
